Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for a full-time paralegal for a small, but quickly expanding, civil litigation firm located in Lafayette, CA. Primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, real estate, employment law, and personal injury. Litigation paralegal experience required.

This position is a unique opportunity to gain valuable, first-hand legal experience while working directly under multiple attorneys. Looking for someone who is hard-working, organized, detail-oriented, and flexible. This position is remote.

$50,000 - $80,000 yearly depending on experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing claims for litigation from intake to resolution under attorney supervision, including preparing administrative submissions, drafting state and federal court pleadings, and preparing for trial and/or arbitration.
