A superb regional law firm with a known presence in the Greater Philadelphia/Delaware region is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with multi-district litigation experience in Wilmington DE for a hybrid position.

• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents and pleadings
• Manage court filings, including electronic filing in state and federal courts
• Summarize depositions and prepare case status reports
• Organize and maintain case files, including document management systems and spreadsheets
• Coordinate scheduling and serve as a liaison between attorneys, courts, and opposing counsel
