Job Description
- Litson Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, season, and roast whole pigs (litson) to perfection, ensuring the highest quality of flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Grill & Equipment Management: Operate and maintain roasting equipment, including charcoal pits and other grilling tools, ensuring proper temperatures and cooking times.
- Customer Interaction & Service: Assist with serving, carving, and presenting the roasted pig at events or gatherings, ensuring customer satisfaction with both the food and service.
- Experience in Roasting & Grilling: Proven experience in preparing and roasting pigs, with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and seasoning methods.
- Physical Stamina & Strength: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy pigs, standing for long periods, and working in hot environments.
