We are currently seeking process workers to join Baiada’s team in their live bay area at the Beresfield processing facility.  This facility is designed to meet the highest standards of food safety and quality, whilst also ensuring the welfare of their chickens and turkeys.

The successful candidates will be responsible for hanging live birds on the processing line and performing evisceration duties in a safe and efficient manner.

About the Role:

• Hanging live birds on the processing line for start of production
• Performing evisceration duties, including removing internal organs of the birds
• Inspecting birds for defects or abnormalities and removing any birds that do not meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
