Live Broadcasting Operator

We are looking for a skilled Live Broadcasting Operator who has hands-on experience with vMix and professional live streaming workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage live broadcasts for events, studios, and online platforms
• Setup, configure, and manage vMix productions (multiple cameras, graphics, audio, overlays)
• Handle live streaming via RTMP, SRT, and RTSP
• Monitor stream quality, latency, audio/video sync, and stability
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts
• Coordinate with production and technical teams for smooth live transmission

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with vMix software (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of RTMP / SRT / RTSP streaming protocols
• Experience with multi-camera setups, audio mixers, capture cards
• Understanding of encoders, decoders, and live streaming workflows
