Job Description
Qualifications
- Min Degree in any relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in contact center environment
- Experience in call centre, as well as setting up process flow for chat function, able to understand IT jargons
- Experience in shortlisting vendor, liaising with vendors and able to translate business requirement to developers
- Live chat operations experience; project management
- Experience in live chat operations and able to do customer experience mapping
- To curate SOPs, workflow process and conduct training to the new team
- Experience in client fronting and strong/ good stakeholder management
- Location: next to MRT
