Live Host Team Lead

Job Summary
The Live Host Team Leader will oversee daily live commerce operations, manage live hosts and moderators, and ensure smooth live room execution. This role focuses on scheduling, training, performance tracking, reporting, and content preparation to drive consistent GMV growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate live schedules and team shifts
• Monitor daily sales and GMV; submit daily reports
• Train, coach, and evaluate live hosts and live moderators
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 performance reviews (2–3 daily)
• Oversee live room operations and overall live performance
• Create live scripts, flows, and monthly content based on performance and FAQs
• Track inventory updates and report live-related issues or concerns
• Conduct monthly performance assessments and manage required questionnaires
