Live-In Assistant Resident Manager - Spring Garden Terrace

Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. We currently have an opportunity available on our team for a customer-focused, energetic live-in Assistant Resident Manager for Spring Garden Terrace in Halifax. This position will entail up to 25 hours of cleaning per week and participation in the on-call rotation every 3rd week. The compensation for this position is based primarily on a rental incentive.
