Position Description:

Yellow Shawl Housing Mentors are live-in mentors responsible for fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for three youth residents between 16-21 years. Mentors provide oversight and maintain stability in the home. Through mentorship, they assist youth in developing and maintaining basic life skills and support them in their personal growth and development.
