● Problem-solving - be able to quickly address issues that arise during live configurations and coordinate solutions across multiple disciplines
● Result Driven - comfortable with fast-paced environments and able to learn new tools or processes quickly
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Passionate about games, what keeps players engaged, and what causes them to spend
● A keen interest in F2P games, or a willingness to get familiar with the space
Experience:
● Some live experience (desired, not mandatory) - would help speed up the onboarding into live tools
● Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
● Knowledge or willingness to learn tools like JIRA, Excel
