We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Live Out Building Manager for a medium size property in Toronto. Preference will be given to candidates living in East Toronto. Physical Duties Daily Check life safety systems, complete fire log book 
Maintenance of seasonal outdoor pool 
Inspect boiler and electrical rooms and supply inventory 
Inspect parking levels and exterior grounds 
Inspect floors and grounds and list deficiencies 
Clean, mop, and clear debris from refuse chute 
Clean all elevator landings, lobby, back lobby/movi...
