Live-Out Building Superintendent

Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Live‑Out Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.

Shift Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Site Location Toronto, ON

Compensation $47,840 annually

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment.

Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and supply inventory to the Property Manager.

Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents.

Inspect mechanical room, handle garbage, and become familiar with every space in the building.

Perform painting and touch‑ups, small repairs in common areas, and ongoing preventative maintenance.

Follow and improve procedures; follow up on requests.

Enforce condominium rules and regulations.

Provide recommendations to solve and improve situations.
