Live QA Executive
to monitor live operations, ensure quality standards, and support performance improvement in real time. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor live calls/chats and operations to ensure quality compliance
• Identify errors, gaps, and performance issues in real time
• Provide instant feedback and escalation when required
• Maintain QA reports, logs, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies and US client standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams for improvements
