Live Risk Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Live Risk Specialist is responsible for protecting the company against unprofitable customer behavior and minimizing unnecessary exposure across the company’s brands. The role focuses on monitoring incoming bets, primarily on live events—using established risk management tools, while applying customer profiling and risk assessment techniques to mitigate fraud, GAP, and other risk-related activities.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Analyze live betting patterns, monitor customer limits, and support customer risk profiling and rating processes.
• Monitor incoming live bets to identify high-risk behavior, fraud indicators, and unprofitable betting patterns.
• Investigate, document, and report inconsistencies or errors in the betting offer, pricing, or risk management tools.
• Collaborate closely with Betting Intelligence, Trading, and Bookmaking Strategy teams to ensure aligned risk decisions.
