Key Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions on platforms such as Facebook Live, TikTok, Shopee Live, or Lazada.
• Present products clearly, accurately, and attractively to encourage purchases.
• Engage with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and messages during live sessions.
• Demonstrate product usage, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Encourage viewers to place orders and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional on-camera presence.
• Coordinate with the marketing or sales team regarding schedules, promotions, and scripts.
• Ensure correct product information, pricing, and inventory availability during live sessions.
• Assist in post-live activities such as order verification, customer follow-ups, and feedback reporting.
• Follow company policies, brand guidelines, and platform rules at all times.
