Live-streaming Operations Manager

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Live Streaming Operations Manager to manage and enhance our TikTok live streaming initiatives within assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee regional live stream operations, including scheduling, execution, and technical coordination.

+ Provide real-time support to hosts during broadcasts, resolving technical or operational issues.

+ Monitor, capture and analyze live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize effectiveness.

+ Collaborate with hosts on scriptwriting, product briefings, and content planning.

+ Work with the Lead to align regional execution with nationwide targets.

+ Ensure that regional content and operations meet quality and compliance standards.
