Your Mission

You will be responsible for managing hosts, improving livestream performance, analyzing data, and optimizing studio systems to ensure high-conversion livestream sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Host Management & Training

• Recruit, manage and coach livestream hosts.
• Design host onboarding and continuous training programs.
• Improve host selling skills, script delivery and on-camera performance.

Livestream Performance Optimization

• Monitor daily livestream KPIs: GMV, conversion rate, viewer retention, average order value.
• Analyze livestream performance data and generate weekly improvement plans.
• Identify gaps and provide targeted coaching & optimization solutions.
