Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire Live Support Specialist for it's Karachi office.

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6

Working Hours: 9PM to 6AM Pakistan time (Night Shift), 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
As a Live Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key operational functions, including processing discounts and refunds, handling inventory audits, and facilitating various system transfers. You will support system maintenance, perform resets, and provide technical assistance to ensure efficient functionality.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing and auditing inventory processes.
• Overseeing product life cycles, including End of Life (EOL) and aging products.
