Job Description

                    A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Engineer (IC-2) to support the LiveLabs team in workshop preparation and platform operations. Responsibilities include assisting workshop authors, validating environments, providing technical support during events, and contributing to automation tasks. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, 2–4 years of experience in technical support, and are comfortable with scripting and cloud concepts. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
