At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards—what we call Money Moments—for things they're already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we're all about putting money back in people's pockets.

What you''ll do

• Design, configure, and run LiveOps features such as events, offers, goals, passes, and experiments
• Own the LiveOps calendar, setup, tuning, execution, and post-event analysis
• Partner closely with Systems Design, Product, and Data to optimize conversion, retention, and monetization
• Continuously iterate on live systems, balancing short-term performance with long-term economic health
