Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Livestock Manager (Beef Section) located in Kimana Ward. The Livestock Manager will be responsible for overseeing the health, welfare, and productivity of beef cattle, implementing and monitoring feeding programs, managing breeding schedules, and ensuring proper handling and care practices. The role involves maintaining high standards of farm biosecurity, record-keeping, supervising farm staff, and coordinating day-to-day farm operations to ensure optimal efficiency and performance. The manager will also work to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and collaborate on continuous improvements for herd management.
