• Assist on campaign planning and strategy
• Responsible for comms cascade to Shopee Live Streamers – Seller and KOL LS
• Manage all communication channels of Livestream – Viber, Facebook, and Shopee Live email
• Handle Livestream Education webinars and accreditation
• Handle CS tickets escalated for Livestream queries
• Monitor the performance of campaign assets and Livestream entry points

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any business-related field
• At least 2-4 years of experience in relevant field
