1. Commercial:
- Deal Creation: Create deals for daily live sessions and campaigns, ensuring prices are consistent with other e-commerce platforms and offline channels to avoid price discrepancies.
- Pricing and Voucher Setup: Set up prices and vouchers for in-house and affiliate live sessions.
- Affiliate Collaboration: Search, contact, and convince KOLs/KOCs/Social Sellers to join the Affiliate program.
2. Merchandise:
- In-store:
- Thumbnail Setup: Brief and set up thumbnails for BAU, Mid-Month Campaigns, Pay-day Campaigns, Brand Day, or affiliate live sessions with external KOLs and KOCs.
- On Live:
- Livestream Background: Set up livestream backgrounds with colors and decor that match the brand’s target audience.
- Product Setup:
- Arrange products for livestreams to be eye-catching, simple, and easy to understand, focusing on the brand.
