Responsibilities

In-House Host Management

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage in-house livestream hosts to ensure consistent brand tone and content quality.
• Coach hosts on selling techniques, presentation skills, product knowledge, and audience engagement.
• Develop host performance scorecards (conversion rate, sales/hour, viewer retention).
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly livestream performance metrics and optimize host strategies based on data.

Live Streaming Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a brand-aligned livestream strategy across TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook.
• Plan daily and weekly livestream schedules with clear GMV, conversion, and engagement targets.
• Strategize interactive engagement methods (giveaways, flash deals, bundles, Q&A) to build community and repeat viewers.
