We are looking for a hands-on Livestream Manager to drive sales growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Facebook Live . This role manages the full live-commerce operation — from livestream planning and host/KOL management to studio execution and campaign performance — with a strong focus on GMV, conversion, and engagement .

Responsibilities

In-House Host Management

Recruit, onboard, train, and manage in-house livestream hosts to ensure consistent brand tone and content quality.

Coach hosts on selling techniques, presentation skills, product knowledge, and audience engagement .

Develop host performance scorecards (conversion rate, sales/hour, viewer retention).

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly livestream performance metrics and optimize host strategies based on data.
