Livestream Ops Admin

Job Summary Starry Co is looking for a proactive and adaptable Livestream Operations Administrator. You will be the backbone of our live commerce team, ensuring our e-commerce platforms run smoothly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and our livestreams are executed flawlessly from behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities Livestream Management: Prepare product listings, manage backend streaming software (TikTok Live, Meta Business, Shopee), and multitask during live broadcasts (monitoring chat, troubleshooting tech issues, and assisting the host(s)).
E-Commerce & Fulfillment: Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, oversee end-to-end order processing, and coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns/refunds in line with company policies.
