Job Responsibilities

• Execute and manage local livestream operations, including planning livestream marketing activities, product selection, livestream process control, and live room management.
• Plan and deliver overall livestream content to increase engagement, conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
• Develop detailed livestream content plans, explore and package valuable content, and plan trending topics to enhance content quality.
• Coordinate internally on livestream event planning (product matching, script development, data analysis, and content optimization), pre-live preparation, real-time livestream management, and post-live follow-ups.
• Monitor livestream performance (traffic, fan feedback) and make timely adjustments to improve engagement and maintain operational goals.
• Plan livestream marketing campaigns (e.g., daily promotions, Singles' Day, Double 12) and set attraction and conversion goals.
