LLM Engineer (L3–L4)

About the Role

We're looking for an LLM Engineer to join our team and build AI features into Trustana's SaaS platform. You'll work on applying large language models (LLMs) to automate and improve how retailers, brands, and distributors manage and activate product data.

You'll be hands-on with model experimentation, fine-tuning, and building scalable systems for production. At L4, you'll also play a bigger role in guiding technical direction, mentoring teammates, and owning the design of LLM-powered features end-to-end.

• Research, prototype, and productionize LLM solutions for tasks such as product classification, enrichment, and workflow automation.
