In this pivotal position, you’ll lead technical efforts, ensure compliance with safety standards, and mentor operational staff. The role emphasizes problem-solving and collaboration across multiple teams to drive performance and efficiency in our heavy oil production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily operational support and leadership for safe plant operation
• Troubleshoot complex operational challenges and engage Engineering support
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site procedures
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and participate in Management of Change (MOC) activities
