Internal & External Quality Measurement (Service Tower).
Performance Management.
Process Compliance.
Reporting on Performance and Processes (Compliance).
Stakeholder Management/Engagement.
Apply specialist knowledge to provide advice to employees, management or customers.
Manage or maintain systems or processes.
Complete projects to develop or change systems or processes as appropriate.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in English.
Moderate level (3‐5 years) of related experience.
Analytical, planning & organizing, influencing & persuasion, presentation, problem‐solving skills.
