LM531: Sr Technical Business Analyst

To evaluate business problems and recommend information systems solutions for a specific area of the company. To act as the systems development representative in the design and development of information systems to user groups. To plan system development projects, and ensure that project objectives are met through implementation. To coordinate implementation of information systems projects with user and technical groups.
Lead or senior levels of these positions may:
• Handle escalated or more complex issues,
• Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff,
• Support supervisor or manager activities,
• Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures.
