Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a Load Controller in the Kuruman area.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, check and dispatch stock.
• Ensure that stock is loaded correctly.
• Ensure security of load.
• Ensure proper housekeeping.
• Ensure stock is loaded according to delivery sequence/planning.
• Conduct stock checks and process claims.
• Check picked stock.
• Report any discrepancies to Team Leader.
• Make sure all pallets are wrapped before being loaded.
• Ensure that the forklift drivers load the correct stock onto the correct truck.
• Ensure that loaded stock is anchored correctly to prevent damages.
• Follow correct loading procedures.
• Inspect the quality of load bars inside the trailer before loading.
• Ensure pallets are marked clearly.
