Job Description
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Performs and manages air transportation activities.
+ Plans, schedules and processes eligible air cargo, passengers, and mail.
+ Prepares and maintains air movement records and reports.
+ Coordinates with New York Air National Guard (NYANG) personnel, Fixed Wing staff, Passenger Services Representatives, and Airfield Shift Supervisor for cargo/passenger movements.
+ Interfaces with US Air Force (USAF) Joint Inspectors, Air Transportation Specialist II, and Christchurch-based New Zealand Defense Force (NZDF) load teams for the coordination of load planning, aircraft loading/unloading and documentation.
+ Verifies eligibility of cargo and mail offered for airlift.
+ Ensures all cargo documentation, packaging, labeling and marking requirements have been met.
+ Provides information on schedules, routes, air movement requirements, baggage limitations, and local facilities for passeng...
