**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate front-end loader to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently
+ Perform pre-use inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe operation
+ Maintain consistent material flow to support production and meet operational targets
+ Adhere to all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and site policies
+ Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
