Profile Summary

The Loan Agency Associate will support the team in managing the full lifecycle of syndicated loan transactions. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating loan documentation, coordinating deal onboarding, and ensuring all agency duties are delivered accurately and in line with internal processes. You'll work closely with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel and internal stakeholders, helping to maintain smooth operational delivery across a range of financing structures. This position offers strong exposure to complex transactions and the opportunity to develop deep expertise within a collaborative Loan Agency function.
