BRANCH MANAGER (MICROFINANCE) - with driver's license

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct field work to promote microfinance products and services
• Evaluate and assess loan applications through client interviews and field validation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community members
• Monitor loan releases, collections, and client accounts
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
• Submit timely reports on field activities, collections, and client status
• Participate in trainings and support branch operations as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course
• Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess loan applications and build client relationships
• Prior experience in microfinance or a related field is an advantage
