Job Description:

• Contact delinquent regularly on overdue instalment and follow up with defaulters to secure payment.
• Negotiate with defaulter to regularise loan account and propose loan repayment arrangement as at when required.
• Handle delinquent customers' enquiries and complaints.
• To backup and assist HP counter when needed.
• Handle ETCM and Dealers enquiries and complaints.
• Conduct field visit to customer when assigned.
• Analyze and recommend appropriate workout strategies to maximize recovery of debts.
