Loan Collection Officer

Location: Westpark Towers, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya


Position Summary:


Mombo Sacco is seeking a diligent and proactive Loan Collection Officer to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all loans are collected in a timely manner through both field visits and remote calls. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and preferably the ability to operate a motorcycle for efficient field operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Recovery: Proactively manage and follow up on overdue loan accounts to ensure timely collection.
    Conduct field visits to clients’ premises to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding issues.
    Make remote calls to clients to remind them of due repayments and provide guidance on payment option...
