Loan Documentation Specialist I

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Documentation Specialist I to support commercial lending activities in Wayne, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing an active loan portfolio, coordinating closing activities, and ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with lenders, legal partners, operations teams, and external parties to keep transactions moving efficiently from approval through booking and record retention.
