Job Description:

We're looking for a Loan Assistant VA to help manage the mortgage pre-approval process. You'll assist with document collection, data processing, and software updates. This role requires you to stay organized, maintain accuracy, and communicate clearly while working with clients and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with document collection and upload to portals.
• Process and update data in CRM and Loan Origination Software (LOS).
• Support the pre-approval process for mortgage clients.
• Communicate with clients via email and SMS regarding required documents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely processing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/loan processing role.
