LOAN OFFICER

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms and details to customers
• Assist customers with their loan applications
• Accurate and careful data entry of customer details
• Admin duties such as photocopying and filing
• To provide customers' service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company
• To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers during their appointment
• To assist customers' account management along with accurate and data entry of every customer details

Requirements:

• Entry level with right skill set
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
