Loan Officer

This is a full-time and regular position.

The Account Officer is the main person responsible in organizing, recruiting, training and managing the members or clients of GPMI; and implementing the microfinance products and services in accordance with the procedures, policies and systems developed by GPMI.

General Description of Tasks (Officer):

• Implements the products and services according to the standard operating procedures of GPMI
• Comes up with simple, low-risk decisions to achieve the set targets
• Prepares simple and standardized reports

Specific Tasks:

• Implements the microfinance products and services in accordance with the procedures, policies and systems developed by GPMI
• Conducts area survey or market study of the area assigned to him/her by his/her MF Branch Supervisor
