Loan Operations Executive 12 Month Maternity Cover

This role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:

• • Management of incoming and outgoing post across the company  ensuring all items are logged, assessed and assigned across all mandates
  • Management of incoming cheques, ensuring all reviewed and applied in a timely manner across all mandates. 
  • Mailbox management across a variety of mailboxes, both internal and external.
  • Progress customer lettering requirement aligned to inbound/outbound post and email requests.
  • General loan administration such as issuing mortgage statements, redemption statements and updating profiles
  • Executing Settlements and Account Closures inline with instruction from case management
  • Performing QA on colleagues’ outputs to align with the four-eye process for manual lettering where other team members perform this role.
