About the role:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Loans Processing Head to lead and manage our loan processing department. The ideal candidate will oversee all Bank Loan and Pag-IBIG Housing Loan applications, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely approvals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Loan Processing Team

Handle end-to-end Bank Loan processing (documentation, submission, approval monitoring)

Oversee Pag-IBIG Housing Loan applications and compliance

Coordinate with partner banks and Pag-IBIG offices

Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan requirements

Monitor loan status and provide regular updates to clients and management

Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards

Improve loan processing systems and workflow efficiency
