What You'll Do

• Lead and support the Loan Packaging team
• Review and process loan documents accurately and on time
• Ensure KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are met
• Mentor team members through coaching and call quality checks
• Coordinate with Sydney and Manila Credit teams for updates and issue resolution
• Escalate discrepancies and manage documentation requirements
• Assist other processing teams and handle overflow customer calls
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence
