We’re lookingfor a Loan Processor to support an Australian mortgage broking business.

You are in chargefrom loan request to settlement to post settlement processing, in which the onshoreteam will be very much reliant on your updates.

This is an office based role and we have offices in:

Dumaguete

What You’llDo

• Request, organise, and follow up on complianceand supporting documents from clients
• File documents with accurate, consistent namingconventions for easy tracking and audit readiness
• Ensure CRM entries are complete, updated, andaccurate
• Confirm all required documentation is on filebefore progressing the application
• Liaise with the broker regarding servicing,lender policy, or file issues
• Submit loan applications once approved...
