Job Summary

The Loan Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of loan applications, ensuring compliance with cooperative policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory standards. This role serves as a key point of contact for members, providing guidance on loan products while supporting risk management and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
• Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) procedures and verify borrower information
• Validate identification, income documents, collateral, and supporting records
• Perform initial credit investigation and prepare CI/BI reports
• Coordinate with concerned offices for loan approval and documentation
• Maintain organised and complete loan files (physical and electronic)
• Monitor loan amortisation, payments, and assist in resolving delinquency issues
