Loan Processor Virtual Assistant

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Loan Processor Virtual Assistant to support a growing US-based mortgage company. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with the end-to-end mortgage loan process.

If you have strong experience working with US mortgage brokers or lenders and understand compliance, documentation, and timelines, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan applications from submission to closing
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy
• Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment)
• Submit files to underwriting and address conditions
• Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers
• Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines and timelines
• Update CRM and LOS systems accurately
• Monitor pipeline and ensure timely closing
