Loan Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Evaluate and process customer loan applications in accordance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

2. Conduct credit analysis, income verification, and risk assessment for customer loans

3. Process and approve loan documentation in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements

4. Process and monitor internal/company loans related to asset acquisitions

5. Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and approval of company asset loans

6. Conduct customer interviews to determine borrowing needs and provide suitable loan solutions

7. Prepare credit appraisal reports and recommendations for approval committees

8. Monitor loan accounts, repayment schedules, and compliance with approved terms
