Loans Processing Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for processing home loan applications with partner banks and NHMFC, and for performing assigned functions in accordance with the department's standard timelines and Key Result Areas (KRAs).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely achievement of the department's annual targets and KRAs.
• Receive and thoroughly review account folders endorsed by the Central Customer Document Control Department.
• Prepare and submit loan application documents to partner banks and NHMFC.
• Update buyers' loan application status in the NOAH system.
• Update account status in NOAH using the appropriate department stages with corresponding remarks.
• Monitor buyers' equity and construction status as reference for bank applications.
